Every Alora piece is designed and crafted in-house at our Bengaluru studio, allowing us to maintain quality and attention to detail at every stage.

Many of our current styles feature hand embroidery created by skilled artisans. Depending on the design and collection, future pieces may also incorporate machine embroidery while maintaining the same commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

We work with a variety of fabrics selected specifically for each design. The fabric composition and care instructions are listed in the product description for every garment.

All orders are dispatched within 8–10 business days. Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high order volume, dispatch may take slightly longer.

At the moment, we ship only within India. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to grow.

Yes. We offer exchanges for size or product-related concerns within 2 days of receiving your order, provided the garment is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached. Returns are accepted as store credit only, subject to quality checks. Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS with your tracking details. The tracking link is usually activated within 24 hours.
