Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 8 - 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Express shipping is not valid on COD orders.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the bespoke nature of our couture, made-to-order, or custom-tailored garments, these items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have concerns about the fit of your custom garment, please contact our team for assistance with alterations.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or require a size exchange (excluding custom items). If you need to exchange an item for the same model in a different size, please contact us at support@alorabyangela.com
5. Return Shipping
To return your product, please submit a request through our customer support. Unless the item is defective or we made an error in shipment, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
